Youth Will LEAD

Fellowship

Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, & Development

At Youth Will, we believe young people deserve the freedom to pursue careers that bring them joy and fulfillment—not just those deemed valuable by society or family. The outdated notion that traditional career paths guarantee success is no longer true. Many college graduates struggle to find jobs that match their degrees or justify the crushing burden of student loan debt.

The pressure to follow these conventional paths is taking a serious toll on young people’s mental health. The fear of instability, combined with the weight of lifelong debt, leaves many feeling overwhelmed and disillusioned.

That’s why we are exploring alternative career pathways that prioritize well-being, financial stability, and genuine passion. We advocate for accessible education options that don’t come at the cost of mental health, empowering youth to build meaningful, sustainable futures on their own terms.
